Here's The Latest On Ida, The Tropical Storm Thrashing The Gulf Coast

At least one person is confirmed dead from Ida, but officials expect the death toll to rise, as rescue efforts get underway in Louisiana. Ida continued to move north, bringing rain and heavy winds.
